I've been really noticing a lot of small changes. I've noticed that my huge double chin has "shrunk." And I have been noticing small changes in my waist and thighs. My arms aren't as "jiggly," I don't know what that will mean in weight loss, but seeing these small changes really makes me want to keep going. I weigh in on Wednesday and I hope on that day I'll remember how I'm feeling today.
On the downside, I've injured my alkalies tendon and will need to modify some of my exercises. So that is my challenge for today.
