The cost of the weight loss

Wednesday, October 10, 2012

I have been in different plans, and dietitians, but was always the same formula, you have to eat this and that, and sometimes is expensive to follow this kind of diet, one of the things I like about the plan of sparkpeople is the opportunity of choose the food you like and can afford, and now I'm getting results because of that, I hope to keep track and reach my weight goal.

I totally agree with you. Making gradual changes based on what I already eat is working much better than the upheaval of my entire way of eating. I'm glad you found something that works for you that doesn't cost a fortune!

gaining weight losing sizes

Wednesday, October 03, 2012

I'm confused a little bit, I know is not good to go under the calories you are supposed to eat, it's a little difficult to me, but this week I won 2 pounds!!!, I lost 2 cm on my waist, 1 on my arm, thigh and 2 on hips, is too much weight gaining, or is normal?

When I upped the strength training and started building more muscle mass, I had the same experience with gaining a little weight while losing inches. Losing cm is a great non-scale victory for you...keep it up!

You're body fluctuates about 2 lbs a day, so it's normal depending of the time of day to lose or gain weight. Weigh yourself at the same time each day and you'll see results!
