So I finally get up early enough and the weather was cool enough to take a 30 minute walk outside. It looked like rain, but I decided to brave it anyway. I was almost done with my walk, perhaps 5-10 minutes left when the sky boomed and lit up the morning. Looking up, I walked faster and am sure I burned more calories trying to make it home before the sky opened up. I imagine it my higher power encouraging me! At least that is what I choose to believe!
This morning I started my beginning page to my new scrapbook journal and this is what I wrote. “If I had a “totem” flower, it would be a rose and right now I am closed tight protecting my self against the outside forces that threaten me. However, in order to experience all that life has to offer, I need to bloom and show myself and the world my true beauty within - only then will the outside match the inside.”

I really became involved in my scrapbook journal today and was very excited. I am looking forward to putting more ideas into action. Although I suppose I had better be carefAul that I don't overwhelm myself. .
Today I will work on my daily chart so I don't keep reposting the same thing over and over. I figure only new, exciting or one time deals can be listed here.
Almost done w/ work and then off to the grocery store and then mow my yard!
I lost my way for a couple of days so I am thrilled to be back on track. I am excited to run w/ an idea posted by another spark member EMMYOS who kept a scrapbook journal. I really like that idea so I am putting together some supplies and am ready to get started on that today. In addition, I want to start rewarding myself daily so I am looking for very small, free, reward ideas. I think I will put in a “reward jar” to pull out at the end of the day. I want to reward progress, not perfection!

I worked later than anticipated due to computer issues and did not complete my exercises. I also became engrossed in my scrapbook journal that I am starting. I am excited for that project.
