So motivated today!

I really became involved in my scrapbook journal today and was very excited. I am looking forward to putting more ideas into action. Although I suppose I had better be carefAul that I don't overwhelm myself. emoticon.

Today I will work on my daily chart so I don't keep reposting the same thing over and over. I figure only new, exciting or one time deals can be listed here.

Almost done w/ work and then off to the grocery store and then mow my yard!

Back on Track:

I lost my way for a couple of days so I am thrilled to be back on track. I am excited to run w/ an idea posted by another spark member EMMYOS who kept a scrapbook journal. I really like that idea so I am putting together some supplies and am ready to get started on that today. In addition, I want to start rewarding myself daily so I am looking for very small, free, reward ideas. I think I will put in a “reward jar” to pull out at the end of the day. I want to reward progress, not perfection!


Morning:

Financials emoticon

Afternoon:
30 minutes Cardio -
10 minute training
Work on daily rewards for completing my spark people goals for the day. emoticon
Work on scrapbook journal emoticon
Work on exercise room emoticon
Start prep work on move

Evening:
Enjoy rest of evening. emoticon
Spark. emoticon

I worked later than anticipated due to computer issues and did not complete my exercises. I also became engrossed in my scrapbook journal that I am starting. I am excited for that project.

    Wonderful! Add scrapbooking materials..a bubble bath..a bottle of nail polish..if it is too expensive for a daily reward...you might give your items value points and work toward winning them.
I do have something to not add is FOOD. I made that mistake.

I did not have a good few days! My husband was home and he wanted to eat out and I didn't stop him!

I lost track of my plan and then let a difficult situation completely throw me off balance. I was at day 28 of 30 to receive my massage when I biffed it. Now I am on day 1.

That is ok. I did it before and I will do it again, only make it to day 30 this time.

My plan for Tuesday to spend some time on the house in the am, some time at work for a meeting and free steak dinner and then time with my husband for 2 ˝ days. He has been living and working in a different town and I have really been missing him so this will be so nice.

I am very pleased with today. Even though I was busy and ate out twice today, I stayed within calories and portions. I am looking forward to this trend over the next couple of days!
