I so wanted a nap!

I had just finished my 10 hour workday, finished dinner and went to sit down on my couch thinking that I should really get up and go for my walk as I laid down and closed my eyes. I kept thinking, only a few minutesÖ. Then I opened my eyes realizing that was my old self speaking and that a walk would help me wake up and finish what I needed for the night. So 45 minutes later and then day2 Bootcamp video later, I took my shower, had my snack and am doing my closing spark for the night.

Saturdayís Plan: This will be a little different as I am still working, then going out of town for a family reunion and I need to figure out how I will be eating, tracking tomorrow???? emoticon


Morning:

Highlight of today was seeing cousins, aunts and uncles that I haven't seen for a long time.

My eating was by no means perfect and my timeline was messed up, however I was able to watch portions and I didn't go as hog wild as I would have in the past.

I also took 1/2 hour walk w/ my aunt at the lake and it was nice to catch up with her.

All in all, good day. Still have learning to do, but that's ok.

Today was a very busy day! Highlights include a 40 minute evening walk, completed my biometric testing and accomplished a couple of projects around the house that I was procrastinating on. I didnít get to my bills today, so will need to work on that. I am finding that I do accomplish more when I do this every night and plan for the next day, even if I donít get everything done. I took my walk this evening strictly because I wanted to put emoticon next to it. emoticon

Walk with a Big Stick!

I really enjoyed yesterday. Toward the end of night, I heard from a friend of mine and she invited me over to her house to learn about weaving on a loom. We had a wonderful time! While I was preparing to leave, my knee gave out and I went straight down on my behind! I wasnít sure if it was my knee or something else but when I went down the steps, my knee seemed a little weak. That made me nervous, especially after getting back to my exercises. I wonder if I did a bit much yesterday. However, I canít let that stop me from the progress I have been making. So today, I decided to limit my exercise somewhat. I went for a walk and decided to let my body heal from the strength training. I didnít let my fear of my knee giving out stop me! I just took my beautiful walking stick that my husband made me. I felt better that I had something to hold on to if I did start to go down. I walked for 50 minutes outside today and it felt great.

Tomorrow is a busy day, so here goes:

    That is great that you were able to walk after your leg giving out. You might of over worked it and that is happened but if it happens again then I would get it checked out to see what is going on. Better safe than sorry. emoticon

Day for self!

I woke up this morning and after trying to convince myself to get up and moving, finally popped in Coach Nicoleís Cardio Blast that I won spinning the wheel. 30 minutes and it felt great! I canít wait to try the whole thing!

Spent time on myself today getting my nails done, hair colored and cut. It was a long afternoon, but so worth it.

This evening I am working on my declutter plan, basically getting through all of the paper that clutters my house. It is unbelievable how quickly it builds up. Why am I even saving it? Same reason I was saving all of the fatÖ.Keep others away. Now I am ready to let people in and let go of the clutter in my house and on my body.

I am finding that doing this blog daily is helping to motivate me. Even if no one else sees it. I do.

Today went well even though it was crazy at work! I did stay within my eating plan and did accomplish my exercise, which felt awesome.

In my quest to start planning my day and work towards accomplishing what I need to do without becoming overwhelmed, here is my plan for Tuesday!

Morning:
