I had just finished my 10 hour workday, finished dinner and went to sit down on my couch thinking that I should really get up and go for my walk as I laid down and closed my eyes. I kept thinking, only a few minutesÖ. Then I opened my eyes realizing that was my old self speaking and that a walk would help me wake up and finish what I needed for the night. So 45 minutes later and then day2 Bootcamp video later, I took my shower, had my snack and am doing my closing spark for the night.
Saturdayís Plan: This will be a little different as I am still working, then going out of town for a family reunion and I need to figure out how I will be eating, tracking tomorrow????
Breakfast - Track
Financials - update the budget binder
Work 6am - Noon
1st Break - Boot camp - Day 1 video
Lunch - Salad (light)
Family Reunion @ the lake
30 minutes Cardio at the lake during family reunion.
Track everything that I eat and be very cautious of portions.
Dinner @ lake???
Evening Snack Dependent on time of other meals
Highlight of today was seeing cousins, aunts and uncles that I haven't seen for a long time.
My eating was by no means perfect and my timeline was messed up, however I was able to watch portions and I didn't go as hog wild as I would have in the past.
I also took 1/2 hour walk w/ my aunt at the lake and it was nice to catch up with her.
All in all, good day. Still have learning to do, but that's ok.
