It's been a crazy week.
Long story short... plumbing issues with the house, mouse in the wall, and puppy waking us up at 4 am every morning...
It's been stressful.
Finally tackled the plumbing issue and was able to do a quick treadmill walk. Now have to catch up on the four baskets of laundry that have been waiting so I couldn't invest too much time into my workout tonight.
Hoping to pick up strong come tomorrow.
Now, onto fixing the last two issues... mouse and whiny dog... should be fun!

Changing my days to include workouts on the weekends. I choose Friday night as painting days whenever I take a class so I need to just go ahead and change my Spark page to better reflect what I'm capable of doing. :) Still running - back on my own again, my partner had to quit. Still working out- feels good.
Not super focused on dropping any more weight per se, but I do still attempt to make good food choices and hopefully I can lose another few in the process. We shall see!! As of today, I'm 125. If I can get to 119, good, if not, no worries. I'm healthy, happy and mostly okay with how I am. :)

So I did start back with cardio Wednesday like I wanted... and I did a three mile run with Heidi Thursday... but Friday came and I got busy/lazy/tired again... so, here we are, three days later and still slacking on the workouts.
I'm determined to get back into my routine tonight. No excuses! I'm also going to eat better... I tanked ALL weekend... and all the while, I knew I was tanking and just kept going with it. I have that mindset sometimes that once I make a bad choice, I might as well get in all the bad choices I can because starting the next day, there will be no excuses for it. :|
Anyway, today, back on track... it's going to be great.
Vacation coming up in September... gotta get myself beach ready... and not just on the outside! I'm more amped to be in a good mindset when we leave so that I can enjoy my vacation. And when I feel good about the choices I'm making for food and fitness, I feel good about being in my own skin.

We just got a new puppy Friday and I've been so busy with her that I haven't worked out since the Thursday before. I'm exhausted!
My plan is to get back on track tonight starting with a Cardio workout even though, tonight is my usual "off" night since I reworked my schedule.
It will feel great to be back into a routine!
Puppies are tons of fun but a lot of work too!
