Well....I'm not sure what your recipe consisted of...but...I have a wonderful Steak Au Poivre with Rum recipe that is a favorite...It's in the spark recipe section...I put it in the recipe calculator to count the calories and add it to my food tracker...
Roughly it goes like this...
You crack about 4 TBS of a seven pepper blend and put the pepper in a pie plate... You take about 4 6 oz sirloin steaks...and you smear it everywhere with a good spicy mustard...you drag it in the cracked pepper on all sides...
In a skillet you add 1 TBS butter...and 1 TBS olive oil..you cook the steak on each side about 6 minutes...while that is cooking...you dice up an onion...and mince a few cloves of garlic...you gather together...4 TBS balsamic vinegar...1/4 cup rum...3 TBS sour cream...about a half teaspoon of taragon...a couple of teaspoons of mustard...and whatever left over pepper in the pie plate you didn't use during the dredging.
When the steak is done...you take it out of the pan and let it rest...meanwhile in the same pan you add the onions garlic...and saute a few minutes...then the rum...balsamic vinegar....sour cream...taragon...mustard...and left over pepper...you serve this sauce over the steak...it is just divine...but if you don't like spicy I wouldn't make it...it is really spicy and really good....
This is probably the closest I have come to a pepper sauce recipe....have a great day!
Well guys I have got to another milestone , I'm 60 today WOW who would have thought,,,,
But on the bright side .. I have lost some inches and pounds and that is good
and my physical age is less then my actual age
The family is planning something , I just have not been able to figure out what
They are too secretive, not good.

Yes had a good time with family and friends Went out to eat: sesame seared tuna wasabi and veggies It was really great but i also had desert a few too many calories i promised myself to work harder at gym

well I feel a little down this week, i do not deal w/ pain well
have not been to gym (thank god im still able to walk the
dog) (and he's happy)
I have RA and it flared up first left hand medicated it away, now its ny right hand and wrist so i'm going to the doc. on monday.
Hope we can fix this i miss gym and being happy.

THANK YOU so much I will get better I was just a little down besides being swedish we have a "depression Gene" haha that kicks in between october and may Im lucky living in Florida (lots of sunshine) its a cure

Ive been feeling great and sticking to the diet and going to gym for workout 5days/week. And losing weight and size Yes.
And now this:
Ive got a Cold (unusual for me) how do I get over this quick enough?
Any suggestions? Chicken soup? I do not like meds.
