CAPE FEAR WAS GREAT BUT....

I WAS AFRAID TO GO TO SLEEP! LOL FORTUNATELY DUE TO MELATONIN I DIDN'T FEEL THE FEAR LONG AND GOT A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP.
I GOT THE HOUSE CLEANED IN TIME FOR JERRY TO COME HOME AND MESS IT UP AGAIN BUT ME AND THE DOGS ARE ALL GLAD THEY ARE HERE. WE MISS HIM SO MUCH. SCHATZI IS LIEING AS CLOSE TO HIM AS POSSIBLE AND SMILEING FROM ONE FURRY EAR TO THE OTHER.

I'M SO PLEASED! I'VE HAD SLEEP TROUBLES FOR YEARS BUT THE LAST FEW WEEKS IT'S BEEN TERRIBLE. WHEN I FINALLY DO FALL ASLEEP AT 3 OR 4 AM, I CAN'T WAKE UP AT A DECENT HOUR AND IT THROWS OFF MY FOOD PLAN. BUT LAST NIGHT IN ADDITION TO MY MELATONIN, I TOO 2 OTC SLEEP AID PILLS AND WENT TO SLEEP ABOUT 11:30. I WOKE UP AT 9AM AND AT 9:30 MY BABY CALLED TO SAY SHE DOESN'T WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL TODAY. SHE'S 34 I GUESS SHE WANTED HER MAMA TO TELL HER "IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY, STAY OUT OF CLASSES TODAY" I DIDN'T. BUT IT'S STILL HER BIRTHDAY.

I too don't and haven't slept well for 20 yrs i guess, i take Melatonin and Valium(only at bedtime) for restless leg and hoping it would help the Fibro too. I don't go to bed before 1 am most nights but i sleep so bad i wake up early in pain. I'm going to take my "med's" earlier tonight and see if it will be better. I used to take (samples)of Lunesta and it was wonderful,went to sleep at 9 and woke up at 7:30 or earlier. Never during the night but no more samples and i can't afford it. I also can't take over the counter sleep aids,they keep me up all night stretching like crazy. Did you check with the Pharm. on taking the melatonin and other stuff. It's worth the call to be sure it's ok. I know i can't take them with Valium and Melatonin. Report Inappropriate Comment

I am glad you got a good night's sleep. I know what it's like to not sleep well. I fall asleep and then wake up many times a night for no apparent reason. I wake up just as tired as I was when I went to bed. Report Inappropriate Comment
