I ate pretty well today. with overtime, i spent 2 hours eating 1 apple ..only 80 cals and it kept me away from chips and candy.
gone all weeked, had a stress relief afternoon, want to fo excercise in a little while.
i feel behind because of yest computer problems. I have a routine and feel off when it is interupted. oh well, live and learn. need to refocus on goals.
My internet was not working so i lost a lot of sparktime! i also did not get as much excercise. but i did do all my yoga and bootcamp videos.
Change one started monday. I recieved the book tues afternoon. Calorie count was terrible on monday. Tuesday i stayed below my goal.
