i feel behind because of yest computer problems. I have a routine and feel off when it is interupted. oh well, live and learn. need to refocus on goals.
My internet was not working so i lost a lot of sparktime! i also did not get as much excercise. but i did do all my yoga and bootcamp videos.
Change one started monday. I recieved the book tues afternoon. Calorie count was terrible on monday. Tuesday i stayed below my goal.
Now that my schedule it different, i have been sleepy and hungry at weird times. Hopefully I will be able to readjust myself so i don't end up eating to much. I'm finding i want sweets in the afternoon.
Time to make supper- were doing 2 veggies tonight! I have been working on eating more veggies. I have to make an effort to eat them until it becomes a habit.
