shred again

i am going to start rotating 30 day shred again. i won't do it every day, but if i do it everyother day then i should keep up my intensity and my strength training. i may not lose weight, but i am hoping it will help me start out as a little stronger in 2012.

I cooked up my tomatoes to make juice then i canned them. i also oranized my storage containers. and clean the kitchen.
i also organized a few clothing drawers.
