i am trying to be more mindful of my eating and i am doing pretty well. i do tend still crave sweets, but i am starting to realize that i am generally not all that hungry, but i crave chocolate. i am trying to challenge myself to eat more fruits and veggies, so when i want a snack, that is what i put in front of my face first. i must say it is going pretty well. all the extra fiber and planning to eat enough protein has been making quite a difference. i still have some cravings, but they generally pass.
