i beat temptation

i was sleepy today at work. i wanted candy/pop, I was looking forward to lunch. Aafter lunch i still had craving, but i decided to wait. then i ended up getting a project - nothing excited, but different and that was enough to distract me from going to the vending machine.
There are a lot of things that tempt me, and normally i can pass them up, but today the craving was stronger. i decided to stick with my willpower and not cave to it,

was at my sister's high school graduation. She won the bishops award, so she had to give a speech. she was nervous but it went well. her boyfriend and our cousin were co-valedictorians. thye had to give speeches too. it was a nice night.

my other sister had her second baby. So i became an aunt again. Her husband vad a vido camera in the operating room and he was making a lot of smart alack remarks. he forgot the record button was on a couple of times. He may never live it down.
