I forgot 1 bag of groceries at the store. I don't know if i was distraxcted or in a hurry or was having a dippy moment- but it was MY FAULT. I found myself blaming long lines, people pushing my cart, lots of noises...etc. The fact is, it was a simple mistake. i went back to the store with my receipt and was able to get my stuff. it took about 15 minutes out of my day, but i decided i needed to chake it off and just move on with my day,
I got home after noon, so i missed part of the packer game, but i still dedcided to do my circuit workout. i was not done before the first hald ended, buti just changed the channel and finished up during half time.
I realized once i accepted that i made a simple mistake, forgave myself for it, then the fix was easy and it only took 15 minutes extra. I now have my frozen veggies and my boneless skinelss chicken breasts. I also was motivated when i got home and had a great workout.
I was then also more mindful of my afterworkout snack and i stopped eating when i was full!
