energy today

i have been sleepy the last few days and not very energetic. i woke up earlier then normal and was ready to go. i had a little breakfast, ran my errand and then did my 1st half circuit workout.

did not eat veggies yet, but i had some fruit. then i will go clean the kitchen.

i had to work with my companies help desk yest and today. They are in India and do not understand english. They are smart but do not understand. they have scripts and if you get them off the script they don't understand. i put in a ticket for them to update someting yesturday. it should have taken 5 minutes. i spend 25 min with them on the phone. We went through the same steps 5 times.. no success. then someone else redid it hours later. Still did not work.

i spent another 35 minute today working with them again. the issue is still half there, but at lease it is working for the end user.

i am really starting to hate pizza... the last few times i felt full and lethargic afterwards. i think i will need to experiment with some quick easy to prepare suppers so i don't give in and order pizza.

    I can eat pizza, as long as I only eat the toppings. it's the starch that does me in. but if you're getting headaches it could be the MSG. it's guaranteed to be in there. I find the longer I do low carb (diabetes) the more i find reasons not to eat that stuff. Like, msg, transfats, sugar in the dough, starches that turn to sugar almost immediately and make me sleepy, and now... I'm allergic to dairy and it's making me sick constantly. BOOOO to pizza. LOL

    I know! I had pizza the other day and I felt, well, weird. Had a bit of a headache and just felt kind of icky. Maybe it was the oils in the cheese. I want to check out the recipes that were suggested here, though.

    pizza will do that. if you can't have just one or two slices best not to order at all BUT you can make your own!!!! On a pita bread or even tortilla. Top it with sauce and all your favorites and put it in the oven or toaster oven!!! yum!!

    Yea, I know what you mean. After doing it right for a while whole milk tastes like cream and things like pizza seem heavy. But, I like pizza - In fact, today I got a recipe email for some healthy pizza's. Check out the SP recipe section, I've tried some of the pizza recipe's before and they're not bad.
