i hate mosquitos...

i was in my garden for about 10 minutes. i felt like i was a mosquito buffet. i am now itchy all over and i hope i didn't miss anything. it was hard to look for my veggies when i kept slappin every 15 seconds.

    Sometimes I spray the area I'm weeding in, but that probably wouldn't be a good idea in veggies. emoticon

  I just smooshed a very full one on my leg! GROSS! I hope it was just me he had been dining on!

I saw at Wal Mart (I think) that they have those little animal shaped rubber band bracelets that the kids are wearing, but in the garden center, they have them in citronella! I'm thinking about getting some, just to avoid bug spray all the time.

We had company so we did not sleep much this weekend. we were busy and so today we were tired and lethargic. We decided to not go to the YMCA today. we'll reschedule for tomorrow.

don't know if it was because of a monday or what, but not doing it today does not mean not doing it at all.

no taco smell, no donut

i ran some errands today,

a few grocery stores by me have their bakery in the same space as their produce. those donuts are so tempting . but i stayed away because i have company and may eat junk later.
i was thinking of going to taco bell but i only like the less healthy options so generally don't go there.

i grabbed an itallian sandwhich for lunch instead. not the greatest choice, but smaller portion then some others and lower then fat. filled a craving too..

    Just came back from the market where they blow the bakery smell out the entrance. I is right by the produce, which was where I filled my cart, but it sure smells good.
