Remembered to do my strenght training. i have not problem with cardio or fitting in some activity almost everyday, but for some reason strenght training moves i forget about doing.

on a fun note i have a wedding next weejend and i hate shopping, so i dug into my closet instead. my hubby kept complimenting my blue dress.so i don't have to go shopping for a new one!

Day 1 is to post my goals, i took some measurements anc put them on my site.

i would like to loose about 5lbs, get back into doing more strength training, and get some of my focus back.

mindful eating

when i am at work i have gotten pretty good about only eating when it is a meal time or when i am actually hungry . i am a sugary snacker. so i try to keep them out of eyesite so instead i see fresh fruits and veggies instead. if i am not hungry then i am less lkely to grab a snack. if i am fungry then i can grab something that will give me some needed nutrients.
