I work at a large company with multiple departments and a call center over seas. Some of the international agents are "technically" smart people, but when you go off of their script, they don't understand and i had to explain simple concepts multiple times.
Even with domestic employees, They act shocked when you do more the minimum requirements of a task. They keep "encouraging" us to put in extra effort, but they we don't get more pay, access to all the systems or all the training we could use.
Even though small bits of this happens at most companies, there was a lot of it this week.
