I did 6531 steps,2.58 miles,1071calories burned with the Fitbit on.
(sometimes I take the dog out and forget to put it on)
That's ok, as long as I do 5000 steps I'm happy,Not as happy as when I do my goal of 10,000 a day but happy .
I did bring a few wheel barrows full of wood, I loaded the hay racks and I walked in place for 20 minutes while swinging my arms while I listened to Food matters.
Iwe have a lot of snow and it's cold and blowing around in drifts but the roads are in pretty good shape.

I did better today. 13,771steps , 5.44 miles, 1254 calories burned.
I ate a lot better today,too.
The trick for me is to not eat or sit down until I get the exercise out of the way.
I am going to start the 108 day ultimate yogi again in Jan.
Tonight I did 4 fast mile walk with Leslie Sansone.
I didn't do that one for awhile and it is a mover.Thirsty work but I'm glad I did it.

First I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I hope everyone had a good one.
Now for today, I did an hour of Yoga (ultimate yogi day 1) plus the 20 minute core exercise.
Went for a walk with the dog twice and I did 1224 calories burned, I don't think it counts the yoga but that's ok,I did 5900 steps, I take it off for yoga I don't think it would really add that much if any steps and it logged me in at 2.34 miles.
I can live with that.
I ate pretty good EXCEPT for those darn cookies. I should have got a muzzle for Christmas.:)
