Did better today

I did 11935 steps, 4.76 miles 1325 calories burned.
Plus I did load 2 trukloads of hay (at least 65 bales each) and we unloaded one from the barn and put it into the trailer near the 2 feeders. 65 more bales more or lessI was also cleaning and the dog and I went on 3 different walks.
I ate pretty good,except for the cookies (homemade) So all in all I think I did ok.
Tomorrow is another day and I'm still trying to get organized( my books and such)

I missed a blog or two

I have been so busy at work and at home trying to get my cleaning done I missed blogging.
I have been doing good trying to keep up with at least 5000 steps but I do want to start my 10000 a day goal.
I want to get this room done first and I figure by the weekend(I hope) I can resart my blogging and tracking everything again.
I did do 1.97 miles, 1076 calories burned and 5053 steps counted.
I ate good today but yesterday I ate so many homemade cookies and other stuff I was bad.
Well, I will keep trying and trying until I get it right.

    Having an occasional slip from grace (healthy lifeStyle practices) isn't so bad, that is rather like a 'Senior Moment'. You know what that is.. a momentary loss-of memory event. What is BAD is when you connect so many 'Senior Moments' that you have Senior Days or Weeks or.... Likewise the occasional slip is not so bad, What is bad is when you slip and you just keep sliding down the slippery slope and never get back up.
Boy that sure was long winded of me. Sorry. When I started to write this it was to be quite short... then it grew, and grew.

Day 10

I did 10221 steps, 1344 calories burned and 4.06miles today.
I am happy I met at least 1 goal. Yipee.
I hope I can keep it up.
I ate better again today. Work is my weakness. I have got to stick to a healthy lifestyle all the time.

Day 8 and9 I guess

Yesterday wasn't a good exercise day. I only did 4243 steps,1.66 miles 1205 calories burned.
Today I did 2.44 miles 1082 calories burned 6199 steps.
Yesterday I came home and couched it. Today I was feeling a lot better and tried to do more.
I probably would have tracked more but I forgot to put it on and I walked up to the barn, threw dow a few bales of hay for later and a few other things . I was so mad. Oh well.
I am exactly the same weight as I started and that is only because of my poor food choices and over eating.
This week will be different. I learned my lesson.(I hope)
I hope you all had better luck with your goals.

    It will get easier and easier for one thing.After awhile the fat changes to muscles and the weight loss will come emoticon one day at a time.

Day 7 and 8

Yesterday I about 30 or 40 minutes into mu ultimate yogi I got so nauseous I had to stop.
I took an airborne and an alka seltzer plus and went to bed.
I did make 5809 steps and 2.29 miles and 1289 calories burned.
Today I did 5078 steps, 2.00 miles and 1136 calories burned.
I think yester I wasn't feeling so well because I ate all bad foods. I had 2 donuts,2 slices of pizzza and a few chocolates. So, I paid for it.
Today I ate better and if I don't watch what I put in my mouth all the moving really won't help. Too much garbage in and I'll look like a garbage can.
Well, I am just going to keep going till I get it right.

    You are probably right about too much wrong stuff that your digestive track is not used to having to digest. But in my neck of the woods there has been an intestinal 24-hr flu going about. It seemed to hit everyone just a little bit differently but each was miserable.
Sure do hope you are feeling fit as a fiddle soon.
