I did 9164 steps 3065 miles and 1382 calories burned. I wanted to take the Pit puff for a walk but we heard coyote and she ran back inside.
I love her still. She's a great dog.

Day 2 went better with Fitbit

I did 11,120 steps (I had to put in my 3 mile Leslie Sansone's video) to do it. I walked 4.62 miles and burned 1395 calories.
I think that was pretty good. I hope to do as good or better tomorrow.
I really do like my shocking pink little buddy.

day 1 with The Fitbit

Well, I only did 4069 steps ,burned 1026 calories and went1.59 miles.
It just goes to show you how off those cheap pedometer are. Boy, do I got to get my butt in gear. I know I don't move that much at work but that has to change. Yikes!!
Well, tomorrow is another day!

December A Fresh Start

I did't get the FitBit Yesterday but it still might come today,I hope. (our mail comes in the afternoon)
I'm not going to use that as an excuse to stop me from being healthy and loosing those few pounds i want to lose.
I started with a healthy 12 ounce glass of water as soon as I got up, had a black coffee, and I made Steel Cut Oats with half a banana, a tablespoon of flax seed and a tablespoon of peanut butter mixed in.(SO GOOD)
We then had a small glass of left over smoothie. Done now til lunch.
Now to just make sure I move and exercise.

    In answer to Spatten2001, I didn't get the Fit bit yet (now I hope it comes Monday)
and I usually but whole flaxseed and grindit in the bullet and keepit in the freezer and use it from there. I have bought and used it already ground when I found it on sale.

    I hope you received your FitBit -- I absolutely love mine! My real problem with exercise is that I don't like it! However, I will say that I am more conscious of walking daily since I started with the FitBit in October. Curious -- is your flax seed whole or ground?

My Fitbit is on the way. I can't wait to get it. I need to get motivated again. I am in a lazy slump and my eating is awful. I am a vegetarian but I have been a junk food junkie.
Sooo, December 1st I am going to eat like a sane person and exercise like I mean it.
I am hoping the Fitbit comes in by then (fingers are crossed) but if not I will start without it.
I have got to get back on track. I am 3 pounds up and i want to be 7 pounds down by Dec. 31st.

    Yay!!! I weigh in at my doctor's on 12/11 and if I'm down 10 lbs, I get my Fitbit. I'm so excited!!! It is sitting on my bookshelf staring at me, but I really want it as a reward. Every time I look at it, I tell myself - Keep you eye on the prize! I hope you have a wonderful December and enjoy your FB!
