Trying to straighten up my page

Our computer is running slow and we don't have room for updates so I am trying to read things and delete things hoping it will help.
Does anyone know if keeping older feeds and stuff like that slow down a computer.
I hope I am doing the right thing.I feel bad deleting stuff people coment on but they are from awhile ago.
I am even trying my best for all my emails.I was dong that late last night.
I relly have to work on reading those daily.
I work long hours and sometimes let the emails slack for a long time.
Will that help.
Hope so.

    Hi, I'm behind in everything - including reading spark pages.

I don't think the content on your spark account would slow down your computer, because it is maintained on a server rather than your hard drive. Usually the culpret is programs that are running in the background on your computer. If you open Task Manager, it will show you everything that is running. Sometimes you use an internet application once and it installs a program on your computer that opens everytime you turn on the computer.

If you search the internet you will find articles that tell you how to make your computer run faster.

Meanwhile, deleting old stuff can't hurt!

Bad day.Wish I could quit my job.Wish I could win the lottery,find a bag of money no one wants or needs or just.....................something.
I am so unhappy with work today I really don't know what do.I want to not go in and stay home tomorrow.
I am glad I had Bella to talk to.I did her feet,brushed her and had a nice talk.(she's not good on giving advice but she's an excellent listener)
Oh well! I guess we will see.
Have to keep smiling.

New month,New Hope

I am starting June off with a new hope and determination.
I am going to do my best to lose this belly fat and tone up all over.
I am going to do my best on portion control and what I actually eat.
I am going to do the 30 day shred and I also do some of the boot camp videos.
I am going to go onward,upward and forward.
So I hope me and everyone else have a great month of June.
I am certainly going to do my best.
Lets keep smiling.

Catch up time

Since Monday i have been a bit busy and too tired to really get my exercises in.
I get up at 5am and work from 7 to 5pm but this week I had classes til 9pm.
They're done and I plan to get myself going again.
I missed doing the exercises and really spending time at The Spark.
I have a lot of e mails to read and I will catch up now and over the weekend.

Trying to be everywhere

I had to cut back on a few things with my spark streaks and some other things.
I was trying to do too much at once.Like walking a lot,I still do it but I am going to do it every other day so I can do Yoga and other stuff in between.
I work from 7 am until 5 pm Monday thru Friday and we have Bella and 15 other horses here plus the house and I have E mails,etc so I am woking out my time.
In the summer I only work 9 to 5 so it will be better.(not tired so much)
I still plan on doing everything,just doing it in a saner time frame.
There! I said it and it will work!

    Been there, done that. There are only so many hours in a day so you have to prioritize and do what you have to first. You put in quite a day!
