I have been doing good so far this month for the new year.
My husband's triglycerides were off the charts so he's doing more to get things in shape.
Since Jan. 9, (after getting his results) we are eating cleaner, Healthy salads with our meals,(as Vegan as we can get) drinking a lot of water, and we walk at least 1.5 miles in the afternoon between my school run.
I'm calling it my day one (even though I have been doing something from the 1st) because I started to do my 108 day Yoga dvd again.
So I am on day one with an hour of Yoga, (plus our walk) and I kept running through the house for 20 minutes to make my Spark Activity tracker goal of 9000.
My Fitbit was 14142 steps.
The steps don't ever match so I have to do more.
