Still trying

I am still fighting the battle of the first 5 pounds. I am up and down between 120 and 116.
My measurements stay pretty close to stuck also.
My problem is at work.(I know that)I don't eat a lot at work but I am easily led and follow willing.(Note to self...STOP THAT!!!)
Today no school, and I won't be going in the office either since they are calling for a major storm.
I live in Harding ,Pa and I am manager and dispatcher for a school bus and Limo company,so there won't be a reason to come down off the mountain and risk getting stuck somewhere.
So today I am sticking to a good diet and more movement for me.

    Keep on doing what your doing--if you slip off track you've got it right to just jump back on!
Hope your day goes ok and you don't get too much snow!!
I live in the Northeast, but we are only expected to get 2-4 which I can live with. Then I don't have to shovel as much!

My first blog.

I have been enjoying Spark People for over a month now and yesterday I finally went exploring in the bonus section(I don't know why it took so long) and I discovered that I am going to go start reading the Spark again and do it the proper way.
By that I mean to take my time(there's no race) and go into the bonus like I should have been doing.
I really want this to work for me.I know it has workedfor others and I am amazed at everything I read and the courage and strength everyone has.
I can do it,too.I love doing the exercises, its the eating habits that have got to get better.
So,start I will,Forward I am going.

    Exercise is my most difficult part, but I love how I'm feeling. Food isn't still difficult as I really enjoy flavor and variety, fruits and veggies, etc, but don't do as well with eye-balling portions. To help with this, I started weighing and measuring a lot of what I eat.

Congrats on taking the plunge into this new lifestyle - enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
