Trying to be everywhere

I had to cut back on a few things with my spark streaks and some other things.
I was trying to do too much at once.Like walking a lot,I still do it but I am going to do it every other day so I can do Yoga and other stuff in between.
I work from 7 am until 5 pm Monday thru Friday and we have Bella and 15 other horses here plus the house and I have E mails,etc so I am woking out my time.
In the summer I only work 9 to 5 so it will be better.(not tired so much)
I still plan on doing everything,just doing it in a saner time frame.
There! I said it and it will work!

    Been there, done that. There are only so many hours in a day so you have to prioritize and do what you have to first. You put in quite a day!

I bought the 5 mile Fat Burning Walk tonight and did it when i got home.
I enjoyed the 4 mile walk but had to have this one,too.(a little guilty cause I am trying to get out of debt)
BUTTTT,I love it,just like the other one.
Leslie Sansone had me sweating up a storm.I had to open the window.
It is a great exercise and I will certainly use it again and again so my health is worth the price of a video.
Soooo,Guilt Be Gone!!!! & Take the fat with you:-)

I went to Wal Mart today to look for Yoga tapes and didn't find any.
I did however buy Leslie Sansone Walk at Home.Walk Slim.
I really did enjoy it plus I actually worked up a sweat.
It was easy to follow and fun.
Sooooo!!Maybe I can work that cardio thing after all.This is a good exercise tape.
I will still look for Yoga,too.

    OOh I just got this yesterday too...I haven't tried it yet as I went for a walk out in the sunshine yesterday but I am very excited to try this new DVD.

    I ordered one and is on the way in the mail to try. I have to admit, I really enjoy outdoors though, the more we have sun, the more I enjoy working out outside, biking, walking, looking at all the pretty different scenery. Adds some excitement. I am looking forward to my dvd coming in mail for the rainy days or an added on workout for evenings

    Leslie Sansone is one of my favorites...I now have about 6 of her walking DVD's and they are all a bit different. I love choosing a different walk each time.

Still trying

I am still fighting the battle of the first 5 pounds. I am up and down between 120 and 116.
My measurements stay pretty close to stuck also.
My problem is at work.(I know that)I don't eat a lot at work but I am easily led and follow willing.(Note to self...STOP THAT!!!)
Today no school, and I won't be going in the office either since they are calling for a major storm.
I live in Harding ,Pa and I am manager and dispatcher for a school bus and Limo company,so there won't be a reason to come down off the mountain and risk getting stuck somewhere.
So today I am sticking to a good diet and more movement for me.

    Keep on doing what your doing--if you slip off track you've got it right to just jump back on!
Hope your day goes ok and you don't get too much snow!!
I live in the Northeast, but we are only expected to get 2-4 which I can live with. Then I don't have to shovel as much!

I have been enjoying Spark People for over a month now and yesterday I finally went exploring in the bonus section(I don't know why it took so long) and I discovered that I am going to go start reading the Spark again and do it the proper way.
By that I mean to take my time(there's no race) and go into the bonus like I should have been doing.
I really want this to work for me.I know it has workedfor others and I am amazed at everything I read and the courage and strength everyone has.
I can do it,too.I love doing the exercises, its the eating habits that have got to get better.
So,start I will,Forward I am going.

    Exercise is my most difficult part, but I love how I'm feeling. Food isn't still difficult as I really enjoy flavor and variety, fruits and veggies, etc, but don't do as well with eye-balling portions. To help with this, I started weighing and measuring a lot of what I eat.

Congrats on taking the plunge into this new lifestyle - enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
