This weekend's challenge is much simpler and easier than last weekend's.
For the second weekend challenge of BLC15, the Jade Dragons and the Onyx Outlaws are going to get back to basics with tracking. This might be a refresher for some or brand new for others, but hopefully the flexibility of this challenge will encourage you to START here with your fellow teammates.
Each team member will earn 1 point for each meal tracked per day, plus 1 point for snacks (or all other non-meal food and drinks) for a maximum of 4 points per day, or 16 for the full 4-day challenge. Anyone who tracks for all 16 “meals” earns an extra 4 bonus points for an overall maximum of 20. Points are awarded for tracking (which includes weighing and measuring) but not staying in your range. If you stay in your range that’s great, but for this challenge you will earn points just for tracking. If you don't use SP to track your food that's OK, track your meals/snacks as you normally do and still earn the same points for your team.
I am glad that the points are awarded just for tracking and not staying in range. I'll be going out to dinner tomorrow night with friends to celebrate my birthday and then going out again on Sunday night with the family to celebrate my son's and mine birthdays. We always celebrate them together, usually on the 17th because it's in the middle but this year it's on the 16th because it's a Sunday.
I got 4 points for today.
Challenge #2 - Day 6 video and at least 30 min cardio for Bootcamp Challenge.
It's been raining all morning but in the afternoon it stopped so I went by train to the city and after finishing my errands I met DH at 3pm for coffee. While waiting for him I got a 45 min walk around the city. We even got some sunshine this afternoon, first time in over 3 days and it's SUMMER here, lol. I think it stopped raining in Queensland too and now they have all that clean up to do. What a mess the floods left!
