This is the first weekend for BLC15 and we have 2 challenges going. Then I have another Inter Team Challenge for Black Panther Great Winter Meltdown 10 plus my daily workouts on 28 Day Bootcamp team. It does sound like I've got a lot on my plate!
That's the reason for this blog. I think that writing down everything that I am doing on a daily basis will make sure I get everything done.
1. Jade Dragons - Simply minutes. Done 70 min on Saturday! 4.89km = 3.04 miles
2. Challenge Wide Challenge.
N~Nutrition Know your Calorie Range and Stay within it, include 5 Freggies/Day.
I've gone way over today.
E~Exercise Get up and MOVE! Exercise a Minimum of 20 minutes Today.
W~Wellness JOURNAL~BLOG~LOG If you Bite it Write it...if you Nibble it Scribble it. At the end of the day sit down and have a talk with you...What did you Accomplish Today...What areas could still use some work? Give yourself a Grade and Try to Beat that Tomorrow!
DONE! I didn't do well at all today. To many calories, too much fat, not enough fibre C-
3. Black Panther- workout with
20 crunches, 20 wall squats and 20 reverse crunches. DONE!
4. 28 Day Bootcamp. Day 1 video and a bonus 20 min Resistance Band Workout video.
