Keeping track of all my challenges - Sunday!

Sunday, January 09, 2011

This is the first weekend for BLC15 and we have 2 challenges going. Then I have another Inter Team Challenge for Black Panther Great Winter Meltdown 10 plus my daily workouts on 28 Day Bootcamp team. It does sound like I've got a lot on my plate!

That's the reason for this blog. I think that writing down everything that I am doing on a daily basis will make sure I get everything done.

1. Jade Dragons - Simply minutes. Done 70 min on Saturday! 4.89km = 3.04 miles

2. Challenge Wide Challenge.
N~Nutrition Know your Calorie Range and Stay within it, include 5 Freggies/Day.
I've gone way over today.
E~Exercise Get up and MOVE! Exercise a Minimum of 20 minutes Today.
DONE!
W~Wellness JOURNAL~BLOG~LOG If you Bite it Write it...if you Nibble it Scribble it. At the end of the day sit down and have a talk with you...What did you Accomplish Today...What areas could still use some work? Give yourself a Grade and Try to Beat that Tomorrow!
DONE! I didn't do well at all today. To many calories, too much fat, not enough fibre emoticon C-

3. Black Panther- workout with emoticon
20 crunches, 20 wall squats and 20 reverse crunches. DONE!

4. 28 Day Bootcamp. Day 1 video and a bonus 20 min Resistance Band Workout video.
DONE!

Thanks for the laugh Carolyn, 'no stability to it in my case'. I only use the ball to sit for hours at the computer and occasionally use it for the exercises. emoticonI hope it's doing me good and will have to get it pumped up soon again. Hope you get to like it! emoticon

You are awesome! Sounds like you will be in perfect shape in no time at all. Good for you. Carolyn

PS i got a stability ball for Christmas. There is no stability to it in my case, but I'm getting the hang of it slowly. LOL

Great way to keep track, sometimes we have a tendancy to over commit. You seem to have it all in order, WTG!!

Good start to New Year!

Friday, December 31, 2010

This is my first blog in over 3.5 years on SP!

New Year 2011 is 12 hours old and I've already made a good start by walking this morning in the park with my SIL for 55 min and now going to do my ST - 20 min Resistance Band Workout emoticonbefore lunch.

Yesterday was a very hot day here, got to 41C/105F but we got a cool change around 10pm last night and this morning was perfect for walking.

I'm so thrilled to see you blog Ania! I was just thinking about you just now after seeing the horrid flooding in Australia in a news report on CNN. I'm praying that all in your family are safe..and it occurred to me I should get to know more about where you live..maybe a virtual walk..just another neat thing about being a Dragon..learning geography..

Here's to a great 2011 for all of us!

    Way to start out 2011!

I finished 2010 in style: a 5k race with Spark friends, capped off with a personal best finish at that distance.

Congratulations! I had a rocky start myself, but it's good to see there are others just starting out as well and doing good. It helps me to feel motivated to know that I'm not the only one. This is such a great resourse.
