Well my shift was supposed to be 11am-8pm but I'm still here and it's 4:40 am I should be off@ 5 then I'm going to bed see you later
I got to work yesterday at 2:45 and the sirens went off then the power went off and hasn't come back as of 9am. That made work very easy but boring I hope it comes back soon
I will have healthy snacks,
I will take a walk
I guess I should reset my goals. I just want to be healthy and eliminate soreness at the end of the day. Plus beat this obesity thing.
