So I was suppose to get up this morning at 4:30 to do my exercise videos and I did'nt I did wake up at 5 to feed the baby. Well while I was in the kitchen getting the bottle ready my two year old was busy getting sick all over the house UGH!!!! SO I guess I did get some execrise done after all while squatting down and scrubbing down the carpet. My only problem now is that im sneezing my head off at work and have a runny nose feeling a little Blah. Hopefully I can get over whatever it is im catching so I can resume to my daily activities.
On to other topics I couldnt help myself and I stepped on to the scale this morning it seems ive lost about 3 lbs so far my official weigh in isnt until Tuesday so hopefully it will be more by then, I have not been able to exercise but Ive been paying more attention to what Ive been eaten. I've stayed away from cokes so far although I was ready to cave in . SO I figure if I was able to loose some weight with just watching what I eat then exercise would probably help. Who would have thought it.(Hear the sarcasm in my voice)
