No crossfit for me, to make a long story short the guy who I had an appointment for the self-assessment basically left me high and dry so I decide not to go through with doing crossfit at this time. I think it worked out for the best because for the month of March I have a wedding to go to and 3 baby showers so I will be spending a lot of money. I plan on revisiting the whole ďcrossfitĒ situation in April and Iíll definitely make sure to do make myself assessment with someone else.
I feel like I finally got my diet somewhat on track, during the week I ate some cookies that someone brought in at work which made me realize that I need to start bringing in some health treats to work. Usually, people donít bring in anything in to work, no cookies, no chocolate no nothing but lately this has not been the case, there is always something that someone brought in so if this is going to continue I am going to need to bring something in so I can feel like I had something sweet and not be tempted to have the junk people are bringing in.
My date the other day went well, we ended up going for Chinese food =/ which in retrospect was not a good idea. But someone gave me some great advice like not letting the guy pick the restaurant which made me think omg that is so true, I should be the one picking the place who cares all that my date wants to do is spend time with meÖ I hope ;) lol.
I didn't workout on Thursday I had something to do and I normally don't workout on weekend but I have to make up for that day so I'll have to head to the gym today =)
