Yesterday was difficult but I managed to get through it.
Today I didn't have time to snack. I love being back at work and not eating because I have nothing else to do.
I am really trying to give myself treats. I had cocoa today and some chocolate 1 small piece of chili chocolate.
I also allow myself sweets during the week so that I don't eat too much at the weekend.
I'm so pleased I managed 5 full days but still have a way to go.
It takes 3 weeks to develop a habit and I hope it works for me too.
