If I could give the world just one thing, it would be an understanding that bodyfat and health are more important than the bathroom scale.
I peeked at the scale and measurements again today. I just can't help myself and it keeps me motivated to continue whole30, as if my baggy jeans and what I see in the mirror aren't enough motivation.
the big exciting news? I'm saving it for next Friday, day 28, as I'll be gone for day 30, Lets just say its a big loss in the fat department, and leave it at that for now.
I had intended to wrap up on day 28. Now I know I'll continue no sugar no grains and do occasionally dairy. My body likes it, thats why.
I have seen some awesome changes, and they are from diet alone, because the only exercise I"ve done, besides playing, is yoga. I keep planning to running back in and I haven't.
This last week I'm going to start running again, and next month whole 30+running+ yoga (teaching 9 classes starting next week, up from 4 this month) and see how that goes.
p.s. Here's the thing about my baggy jeans. I had two pair of jeans, they got to big before Christmas, I continued to wear them, I could pull them off while still zipped, and I finally decided to go ahead and get two more in a smaller size in early Jan. Those are my baggy jeans, the new ones. I'm going to continue to wear them for another couple of months so they can do the whole falling off thing, then they are gone as well. Good thing I know a great consignment store.
