I'm up a bit from February because March was spent on vacation, preparing for vacation and not doing Crossfit/Bootcamp. I did do yoga and walking, lots and lots of walking.
Food was ok, but not great and I can tell I have to really hit it with CF to get the results I want.
After 1 week paleo/primal I am down two pounds and 1/2 inch in hips and thighs, nothing in waist or thighs. no matter, it was a measurement to see how things were. I checked the body fat calculator and the two pounds are fat, so far so good.
I'm on a "transformation trixie" 10 week eat right/do right/workout right and I'm excited to see the downward slide.
I gave my self some pretty tough goals to keep me focused, as I tend to wonder off.
