66 Days, Whoo, its getting close!

Well Back from a cruise, where I managed to NOT gain any weight. Its easier than you think. Why? because when all your food is prepared for you, its easy to make healthy choices of fish, shrimp, more fish, and even eating desert every night is balanced with swimming in the ocean, walking around new cities and running and yoga on deck.
However, that said, I need to hit it.

I had tooth issues, and sick issues and I'm lazy issues so I haven't gone to boot camp in weeks. I have committed to boot camp for the next six months. It has a diet with it, and its what I mostly eat anyway, balanced proteins and carbs, eating five-six small meals a day.
I still have 3.5 weeks to the big "WW" decision, but I'd rather focus on getting up tomorrow and going to boot camp, and the next day and the next.

Sounds like a 12 step huh? Just for today, I will eat right, I will work out, I won't smoke. tomorrow can take care of its self. ;P

Four pounds down, finally. ;P It only took a month. And don't give me that "it will stay off crap" I know I'm only one ice cream cone away from being up four pounds.

Boot camp starts back tomorrow. (tooth out yesterday, big gaping hole)

Some people who are supposed to be friends and act unfriendly are a puzzle to me.

Bad news first-- No boot camp this week. Whiny, feeling bad self. (tooth)
Good news-- did do yoga and walking, so all week was not lost.

Better news? -2 finally! In 3.5 weeks. If it was anyone else that would be 9-12 pounds down, but not me, I'm special.

Weekend plans? Sewing a jacket, two bathing suits and two skirts. Eating healthy and taking it easy for the first weekend in I can't say when.

Next week? More eating healthy and Mon, Wed, Thurs Bootcamp. Tuesday, Thursday Yoga.

Best News! I finally ordered the nike/ipod running tool! planing on a half marathon in October with a much better time then 2008!

  


21 days of nothing

Yes that's right. NO weight loss in 21 days. I hate it. I'm discouraged. I have to choose between sleep/cleaning house/working on projects and working out. Just not enough time in my day.

Sister 1? Still one pound, Sister two? reports she has lost all the weight she wanted to lose. (probably 5 pounds knowing my luck)

    I think I am in the same boat. I am thinking it's my diet. I have been going over the calories so I am sure that is it. I am not gaining so that is good. I would like to start seeing some more progress so I hear your frustration. We do see plateaus so try to stay positive and try to fit the work outs in if that is what is missing. YOu can do it and it will return if you know in your heart you are doing all you can do to get there.

    We all have those stretches. Blogging about helps me keep the faith. It is just a matter of time and choices. I am on a slow but steady decline right now and I am thankful for that. I also know getting stuck is just around the corner at any time. Spark is great to help you through it!! Good luck and best wishes!

    I am SO with you! I can't tell when it was I last lost anything. But I hope that I'm getting stronger and more toned...if I ever get to work out again with this bug or allergy or whatever that's keeping me from breathing. I'm going to try to switch up my diet and vary the calories. Good luck!

Day 15 Feeling Boot Camp

Well Boot Camp should be a whole post in and of itself. I love it. love it love it.

However, after Boot Camp on Tuesday and Wednesday? I couldn't WALK this morning let alone attend boot camp. Will be back at it Friday.

Also, started the Diet my Boot Camp Trainer recommended. Very healthy, Very Restricted. And I'm going to give it my best best best shot.

Tuesday's Weigh in? NO Weight Loss. NO Inch Loss. See folks, for some of us 1000 in vs 1000 out doesn't equal weight loss. I am not a math problem. I'm a challenge.

I'm not saying it won't happen. I'm just saying, its NOT EASY all the time. And its going to take all I have.

Oh and Sister 1? Down one pound, Sister 2? no change.

    Well, you are looking at it the right way. Hang in there. Just because you don't lose one week, maybe next week you will lose double. I swear, sometimes the body seems to hold on a little to that weight and those inches. It makes sure that this is what we really want!!! AWESOME JOB!!
