Bad news first-- No boot camp this week. Whiny, feeling bad self. (tooth)
Good news-- did do yoga and walking, so all week was not lost.
Better news? -2 finally! In 3.5 weeks. If it was anyone else that would be 9-12 pounds down, but not me, I'm special.
Weekend plans? Sewing a jacket, two bathing suits and two skirts. Eating healthy and taking it easy for the first weekend in I can't say when.
Next week? More eating healthy and Mon, Wed, Thurs Bootcamp. Tuesday, Thursday Yoga.
Best News! I finally ordered the nike/ipod running tool! planing on a half marathon in October with a much better time then 2008!
