Walk /Jog-walk faster program

I am going to start this walk /jog program but not sure how much I will jog. I have had so many prblems with my ankle that i am always in fear of injurying it. I am going to use this program to get me to increase my speed with walking. Spark always makes programs easy to follow :)

    I know there are programs you can use through your cell phone. I used to have an IPhone and I know they had a c25k program that had prompts to let you know when to walk and jog. I am not sure if Android phones have the same programs, but it is worth a try to look through your apps if you do not have an IPhone.

Conitue to do what I am doing this week, and drink more water. I have got myself to about 32 ozs. I must try to get up to 64-71

I am very proud to say I walked everyday last week and did ton sof walking yesterday....

I stepped on scale this morning and I am down about 4 lbs


today begins the first steps to my friday saturday rejuvenation days

woohooo ready for a new start...almost 100 days ..doing well with the plan, my daughter is at school.....life is going to be different as she grows to be amn adult and move into a new time in my life:)
