Just another update. I feel like I'm on the mend. I still have a nurse visiting. I have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday. They will run a culture to see if the bug I caught is gone. I won't know till Friday. Trying to take it easy and be patient, but it is so hard. I'm not liking how my face and body look with these steroids I have to take daily. I'm hoping the ween me off soon.
I bought a new cell phone and tried to add this app to my phone and they want to charge me to download. I refuse to pay. I never had to pay with my old phone. New members I understand, but someone like myself NO WAY!
Well on a positive note it's my 1.5 yrs anniversary since my relationship started with my boyfriend.
I'm here at the hospital running test still to see if this bug is gone. They also want ti know how much damage it has caused me. I'm hoping to hear some good news today, but if not....next week this time. I feel a lot better, but not enough to hit the gym or eat what I need. I think I'm in starvation mode which sucks! I'm hoping to get back on track one day at a time. Health comes first. If this fatigue would stay away....things would run a lot more smoother. When I get short bursts if energy I use it up before it goes. I'm praying this will last than 2 wks. I really miss doing a lot of the things I use to do.

As some of you know I have have a rough time on and off being sick. The doctors treated the symptoms that I came into the hospital complaining about. Nobody looked at the big picture and put the pieces together till now. All my nasty issues was coming from one bug! Can you believe it. I knew there was a route cause for everything.
Now that its found I'm on day 3 of treatment and continue at home with a nurse for 11 days. Great news for me. I can now go home! Yeah!
I'm expecting all issues to clear up and my energy level to skyrocket.
I will keep you posted as time goes on.

Sorry for not being around my friends. After my brother's wedding I caught a cold. I can't seem to shake it two weeks later. Every time I feel a bit better and want to enjoy life...it sets me back. I start feeling sick, fatigued, coughing increases and appetite goes.
I think it is the cold virus that has been going around in the winter. I'm getting rest, plenty of fluids, fruits and vitamins. I hope it goes soon because I can't do anything!
Last week I sprang my toe on the foot of the bed. OUCH!
I'm not able to walk very well on that foot which makes the fatigue from the cold even worse.
I changed my workout numbers so my task to eat 1200-1500 should be doable. It is a struggle these last couple of weeks to get it all in. My bf has been great and has helped me get my calories in most days.
I hope you are all well and on the path to a better you. I wish I had the energy to cheer you on daily, but don't worry...I will be back. Keep up the good work and show me your progress when I'm better.

It really isn't the right day, but I have not checked my numbers for quite a while now. Keep in mind the weekend just finished. I had chinese food last night. I love it, but the sodium is just crazy. Retaining water is my specialty so my current weight is reflecting this. I will need to record my weight again later on in the week. I will try on Thursday. That is the day I like to do it.
Well here goes:
Weight 206.4 lbs up from 202.1 lbs = 4.3lbs
Body Fat 45.3% down from 46.1% = 0.8%
Water 39.9% up from 34.7% = 5.2% *Chinese food*
BMI 29.8 up from 29.2 =0.6 *due to my current weight*
Bone 5.6 up from 2.4 = 3.2 *it's back up due to current weight*
Neck. 13.8" same
Chest 39.9" from 40.7 down 0.8
Waist 34.8" from 35.2 down 0.4
Hips.. 45.0" from 45.5 down 0.5
Bicep (L) 13.2" from 12.6" up 0.6" *I think this is good*
Forearm (L) 10.5" same
Calf (L) 15.4 from 15.7" *This is probably due to some water retention, or muscle is getting larger*
Ankle 9.3" from 9.2" *a bit of water retention*
I hope to get better numbers on Thursday, but for now I'm fine with what I have accomplished. I'm putting in work and it is showing. I looked in the mirror at the gym last week and had to take a double take. I actually saw some changes.
