I feel like I'm doing well...but I'm gaining!

This morning I'm very disappointed. I have cut back on alcohol and dairy, eat no meat, and am exercising regularly and hard. So I gain a pound??? This body of mine is not cooperating. It is sore and so tired even with enough sleep. I've even gotten my caffeine intake down to 1 cup of tea per day, it can't be caffeine. I don't know what is going on but I don't like it. On a positive note, I won't give up. I've done that once already last year, and look where that got me! Right back up near my starting weight.

  


Slow progress, but it will feel great when I get there!

I thought that I would have made more progress by now, but I'm not disappointed. I can't be.

Where I wanted to be: 150 lbs. by now.

Where I am: 160 lbs.

What I have that I didn't have at 170 lbs.: More confidence, new size 10 jeans, 3 less inches from my waist and hips, the ability to run much longer and visible muscles in my thighs and arms.

So, I'd love to be 150 already, but focusing on the accomplishments I've made already keeps me motivated to keep going!
