This morning I'm very disappointed. I have cut back on alcohol and dairy, eat no meat, and am exercising regularly and hard. So I gain a pound??? This body of mine is not cooperating. It is sore and so tired even with enough sleep. I've even gotten my caffeine intake down to 1 cup of tea per day, it can't be caffeine. I don't know what is going on but I don't like it. On a positive note, I won't give up. I've done that once already last year, and look where that got me! Right back up near my starting weight.
