So far I have lost 16#. I gained 1/2 # this week due to being sick and not exercising as much as I could this weekend.
However I am eating more and usually do get over 1200 calories.
I am only a few pounds short of having lost 25#. I can't wait as I am able to zip up my Lane Bryant size 5's but with the "pillow" showing above the waistband and it is going to take some time and following my new lifestyle.
