I got really frustrated the other day because I find that sports/electrolyte drinks are the only thing that really rehydrate me after a day at camp, but I want to consume neither the sugar content of gatorade nor the chemicals of the diet sports drinks. I looked at a number of different drinks, including those that were simply water flavored with fruit juice (and SUGAR, it turns out) but couldn't find anything I really wanted to put in my body. I'm going to try "The Lip Twister" and see how it turns out... hopefully it will put a refreshing end to my sports drink woes!!
