I haven't utilized SP as much this week as I had been; and it shows. I've eaten too much of the wrong stuff, and this morning I weighed myself - oops! Re-gained a little.
Tomorrow is my 'official' weigh-in day, and am curious as to what it will show. I realize that this morning's weight COULD have been water weight, but I honestly think it was the extra sweets I ate. sigh.
I did my ST today - haven't all week until this afternoon. But I did it today, and I plan to do as I should next week.
