It's a holiday; and I have done some good things and some 'bad' things. This morning I walked 3/10 of a mi to my hair dressers, and back home again. My pace was as brisk as the weather. : )
At lunchtime my husband said, 'let's go out for lunch today. I want pizza.' Since I've been wanting pizza too, I agreed. And I ate some salad first (Pizza Hut has a weekday buffet) then messed up. I prefer thin-crust pizza, so stuck to those choices (that was good), but I ate far, far too much of it (that's the bad). Well, I'm not going to whine, nor eat like a pig the rest of the day; but I KNEW I shouldn't have had had that much pizza - thin crust or not.
This afternoon my walking buddy had errands, so I went alone - not easy to pry me from the couch. But I walked for 37 minutes, so that was good.
Tomorrow's another day. Hopefully a healthier choice day.
