Yeah, I was lazy yesterday, but my walking friend and I walked 2 miles yesterday afternoon - so I wasn't a total slug for the whole day. : D
I need to make a b'day cake for my husband - the big test will be that I won't gobble up half the cake! He's supportive when I say things like, "I've lost.....pounds" - BUT I can't clear the houe of bad goodies and junk. Makes it a little harder for me, but I'm working on it. I've made one SP receipe so far, and he liked it. He knows what I'm making tomorrow (Lentil Loaf) and isn't too thrilled.
Hubby knows because he cooks week days and I cook weekends - and he's mostly in charge of the kitchen. I do, however, pick up some 'just healthy' stuff at the store, even if I'm the only one who will eat it.
I can only RARELY buy lo-fat this or that, even when I say "you won't know the difference when it's in a receipe". He claims lo-fat means NO TASTE.
Well, he's pleased with me that I'm losing weight, and I've let him know I have a box of clothes in the next size down from what I'm still in. So, I shouldn't have to buy a bunch until I get ANOTHER size down.
