I did today' bootcamp workout before lunch, and just got off the treadmill after spending 55 glorious minutes on it - I feel great! I finished reading a book I'd borrowed from my dau, and walked and walked and walked. I burned lots of calories, and pushed the edges of my breathing as I deliberately walked faster for two spurts.
Now, having said that, I may fall on my face tomorrow; but right not, I'm determined to not do that. I'm planning to get up early enuf to do the workout and some treadmill walking before joining a friend for lunch. Haven't seen her in weeks(!) and even tho' we've talked and emailed, there's nothing like a face-to-face visit. I'm already planning a healthy lunch.
Ouch! All this patting myself on the back isn't helpful to my arm. LOL For as often as I can write like this, I also spend times 'down' - having eaten poorly or not exercised. At least I'm still trying! I refuse to give up. I'm going to lose these excess pounds and gain a healthier me!
