I did the first day bootcamp video yesterday - well, sorta. I had to modify it a lot becuz it was a lot harder than it looked. Well, I can always keep doing it to build up what needs to be built up. LOL
I did today's video, and was able to complete it (barely). And that's after having I've been working on my quads for some months! BUT, I am making progress, becuz when I started several months ago, I could barely do 5 wall sits (with either lateral arm lifts or bicep curls) b4 my legs gave out.
I can now do about 12, then have to do something else before I do another 10 or 12 of the other. Soooo, hang in there, everyone. Don't get discouraged if you can't do everything 'just right' at first. If you keep up the good work, you WILL get stronger. This lil' ol' lady says so.
I almost forgot the best news (well, add'l GREAT news) - our new treadmill was delivered late this afternoon and it's already for use. Hip, Hip, Hurray! I've missed the exercise.
