www.beachbody.com is Turbo Jam. Charlane has an EXCELLENT workout with a stability ball. It's called Totally body workout. It's almost an hour long, but I only do 30 min. at a time. It's a fun, awesome workout...all of turbo jam workouts are great.
Then you have Core Secrets. feels like blood, sweat and tears!
Dance anyone? Shake your bootie with Hip Hop Abs. This is on beachbody.com and GOOD STUFF...even for a 62 year old!!!
Gin Miller has a medicine ball workout that is great, too. I think I mentioned that.
If you don't want to buy videos, there's www.exercisetv.tv and if you have Comcast cable, they have a fitness channel that has loads of workouts for free.

I just received the two DVDs I ordered from Collagevideo.com. If you're looking for some good workouts online, check them out. Most of the prices are decent and if you order $25 or more you get free shipping. This time I bought "Get Sexy!" (Who, me?, yeah, right) I ordered this b/c it uses a weighted ball. I'm finding these workouts much more challenging and hopefully somewhere down the line more rewarding weight-wise. This one is done by Michael Carson who has created workouts for Carmen Electra, Kathy Smith and Exercise TV. I don't care about that...I only wanted a workout with a weighted ball.
Anyway, this guy is gruesome! Wonderfully gruesome. I do a lot of exercising but I won't be surprised if I'm a little sore around the old waistline tomorrow. He is relentless. He is really proficient in the moves. Great moves, in that 30 minutes. I had to stop a few times to catch my breath. But that's where the beauty lies. I'll be challenged to stick with this workout. Most of them I do a few times and get bored.
Gin Miller has a great medicine ball workout that has become one of my favorites as well.
Last, but not least, "Core Cuts" with Rob Glick and Kimberly Spreen. Just the title reminds me of the Saw movies. And I'll probably end up cut to shreds! Just remove the fat, please!!
I haven't tried this one yet. I'm going to work on mastering getting sexy. That may take forever!!!
www.collagevideo.com is a great place for DVD workouts. Just don't buy that stupid Wave by the Firm. It's a piece of expensive junk!

"Whatsoever things are lovey, think on these things!!" Did God really say that?
Well, I didn't need the Breyer's ice cream but I thought it was the slow churned, which some of those are "lighter". Must read labels better.
The Breyer's YoCrunch is awesome! I could have sworn I was eating the whole candy bar. MMM good.
I deliberately ate more fruit today just to see how I'd fare on the calories. I feel like I overate--that ice cream did me in, but I was still under. Close, but still within the recommendations. Still, I feel almost guilty for eating what seems like too much. It probably is! But I don't eat enough fruit/veggies and I was emotional about that chocolate. You know the feeling. How good would it taste right now. I've had a chaotic day and need chocolate...that'll calm me down really fast. O yes, ladies, you know the feeling. And I gave in, I was weak. How do you not emotionally eat when everything except that one "voice" says, don't do it, you don't need it, you don't even want it. "But you do."
I don't know about you, but I go through this way too much. At least I recognize it better and at times I have said "no" more often, but there is always that one time when you give in and enjoy it, but when the bowl is empty except for the melted stuff around the inside, it's a totally different story.
I remember a time when I would have 2 breakfasts == 2 full breakfasts, then lunch, the a candy bar latter at break and then dinner and then a snack. No wonder I got fat! But I must say things have really changed. Slowly, but they have. I eat a very light 2 pieces of toast--have to take meds and not on an empty stomach. Then I wait till I get hungry. Sometimes I can get busy at work and lose that "is it time to eat again?" question. When I do eat, it's either Weight Control Oatmeal with skim milk, sometimes with strawberries. So I split one breakfast into two parts so I think I'm eating more, but really less. I don't eat candy anymore at all. If I have dessert, my husband and I share,but most of the time he says he's full so we don't answer that yelling in my head for dessert. Good job, Louie!

ANGER AND LOVE
While a man was polishing his new car, his 4 yr old son picked up
scratched lines on the side of the car.
In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times; not
realizing he was using a wrench.
At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple
When the child saw his father.....with painful eyes he asked, 'Dad when
will my fingers grow back?'
The man was so hurt and speechless; he went back to his car and kicked
it a lot of times.
Devastated by his own actions......sitting in front of that car he
looked at the scratches; the child had written 'LOVE YOU DAD'.
The next day that man committed suicide. . .

I started a nutrition class on June 30th. One of the things they talked about was setting small goals. So wanting to be really involved and committed, I set one of my goals to exercising at least 15-20 a day, everyday. So far, so good.
I bought a really cheap video called 10 Minute Solutions Dance. I only paid $7.99 for it, but found it's one of the best I have! There are 5 segments to this DVD. You can do all 5 if you want to but the great things is, you can pick the ones you want to do. I picked 2 of them and I am sore today! I can't give up. I will be thinner, thinner, thinner.
