I've lost 5 pounds so far. Kinda a slow start but I'm improoving each day!

    That was a great blog. Congrats on the five pounds. You did great. There are many weeks that I only loose 1 or stay the same so be proud of those 5 pounds. Remember slow and steady wins the race and you will keep those pounds off more if you don't lose all of a sudden. Star emoticon

    That was such a kewl blog, I have never seen a blog entry like that before, and yeah 5 pounds in great, but I can understand where youare coming from because I am not quite where I want to be either, but like you had said, that means I just need to work out harder. CONGRATS...and keep it up!!!..

I Survived Camping

So for the most part, since it was my birthday AND I was camping... I think I did pretty good on not eatting too much crap. Plus I exercised alot this weekend too with just all the walks to the bathroom and swimming. So I'm proud of myself and I think I'm gonna be able to handle it when I go out west this September.

I ate mainly turkey dogs (and a few brats of course). I bought a small personal sized cake for myself on my b-day. Ummm... also had a few dorritos (not too many though!) And drank plenty of water and had lots of fruit. And probably too much alcohol... but it was my b-day after all.

So I'm determined to keep on exercising since I was able to do so much of it this weekend. Yay!

So the past two days haven't been the best for my exercise routine. I ended up getting called into work last night after working 8 hours, then I ended up work 3 more hours (total of 11 hours)

Got home around 11:30pm (normally in bed by 10pm) so I was WIRED when I got home (energy drink to keep me up past bed time)

I had to go to work bright and early this morning do a lot of "bitch work" (just a lot of small annoying tasks). Get home to my boyfriend and went out to see his sister and her baby from Cali... I'm tired... no work out today... I go bed now
