Today's one-day challenge will be to stick to the meal plan I have laid out for myself. Let's see how it goes! If I do this, I will meet three daily goals:
1. Eat at least 2 pieces of fruit
2. Drink 8 oz of water
3. Stay within my calorie budget
4. Meet nutritional goals
5. Earn a bunch of Spark Points
Okay, so that's 5 goals... Now I have even MORE incentive.
Yesterday's nutrition was a complete bust, and was also a day of physical recovery (see previous post). On my past page, I have found that the Nutrition Charts were the biggest challenge for me (I started a new SP page to give myself clean slate). I always went over by one to three hundred calories.... it was always that one extra snack.
My plan for staying within my target ranges consistently is to educate myself on what's in what I eat, thereby expanding the range of food items that I eat... as it turns out, there's a whole section of vegetables that I don't know a thing about. Hence, the blueberries for today...
