I joined the Healthy Eating Challenge. You are suppose to plan your meals for the week. I've done it before, but never stuck to it. I am giving it a go again. It is difficult to balance the nutrients. Some days I am 51-54% on carbs, not bad, especially since I am now eating(drinking)4-7 servings of freggies. Love, love love the Green Monster. My Mom is so impressed that I am drinking spinach. I am surprised she hasn't tried to call Barack to tell him, or maybe she has, but I digress. I filled in this Friday and deleted it. I was at 78.9% carbs. Whoa. I was going to drink my Green Monster for breakfast, as I go to the gym on Friday. Lots of carbs, 53g. 1/2 sandwich for lunch, and a frozen dinner for dinner, I don't cook, refuse to on Friday. I might have to now, or leftovers. Love my Green Monster. TREATL.
This really does help with making a grocery list. Yoplait is on sale this week for $.50 . It is the only thing on sale this week worth buying. Last week I spent over $100.00 and earned 1,180 gas points. They have the same thing this week, spend $50.00 earn an extra 300 points. I will have no trouble(who does) spending the $50.00. Yogurt, eggs, milk, fruit, frozen vegetable(I am out) chicken, 93% ground beef poof $50.00 gone.
1CRAZYDOG if you read this, I deleted my mailbox without realizing those recipes were there until it was too late. Only when you have the time, no rush, can you send slow cooker recipes again? Anyone else that has personal recipes they want to share, please do. As most of you probably know I HATE TO COOK. I had to look up how to cook hard boiled eggs, that is no lie. I do have the SP cookbook, so I have those recipes.
