Okay, so it's not much but it's 5.5 pounds off and I'm glad to see some progress.
I feel more energetic and I've added a new hole in my belt. =D
I'm forcing myself to do 20 minutes of cardio workouts two times daily and when I feel like eating a cookie, I do 40 squats and 20 push ups.
This is my substitutions for unnecessary snacking.
I'll see how this works out.
