Just finished fastbreak, and I have lost 1.2kg (2.6lbs).. its not much, but its something! So wooooohooooO!
And I hardly feel like I've changed anything, except making slightly healthier choices.
I am so glad it is working.. now I just gotta keep on it!
Everything is going ok!
I've done my exercise quota (and more) for the week, been eating within my limits, and drinking 8 glasses of water every day.. its not as hard as I thought it would be!
Haven't bought scales yet, i'm onto that tomorrow... Kinda necessary if I'm going to measure progress!
So yeah feeling pretty good, battling with wanting to eat, but it seems easier now I know I need to log it.. and I am NOT going over that limit!
Hey! Took me long enough to figure out how to Blog haha...
I have been a member of SparkPeople.com for.. 4 days now? And have been logging my food and exercise for 3 days.
I'm on holidays at the moment visiting my family, and its soooo cold here! (I usually live in the tropics!) Finding it hard to exercise, as I'm usually an outdoor person. Also extremely strapped for cash (need a new job.. amongst other things!) so can't join a gym or buy any kind of equiptment.. Once I get home next week I've got my usual netball but until then? Finding it hard. I've been "skipping" without a rope haha.. pretty funny if anyone saw me!
As for food, I haven't been doing toooo badly.. went over my calories and fat on my first day as I had McDonalds for breakfast.. haha definitely brought it home that thats not something I can afford to do! (Hash browns are the devil!!!! But ohhh so tasty.. haha) But since then been ok. I seem to be low on protein, so I've been drinking some low fat milk.. now just on my minimum.
Overall I'm finding this really exciting! Sparkpeople is very convenient and easy to use, the people on here are friendly and supportive, and its freeeeee!!! Awesome!
