It's been about a week since I last checked in. Crazy weather, family reunions, work, work, and more work have gotten me a bit behind... BUT I am happy to say I'm not too far behind when it comes to my workout routine. My 5K Your Way got backed up a little and I finally got to complete Week 4 Day 2 today! Geez! I should have done it about a week ago! I'm so glad that I did at least do some indoor exercise and some strength training and some running around with the kiddies on the playground. So I tried to stay active while not on my regular routine. ![]()

it sounds like you did very well and that you were able to stick to your guns at a family reunion. you are doing so well. keep it up! you can do this! you are worth it! have a great day!

All I got to say is today I started Week 4 of the 5K Your Way and........ I DID IT!!!!!!! I RAN THREE MILES WITHOUT STOPPING! Never in a million years would I have thought I could run three miles nonstop. Heck, I wouldn't even want to run ONE mile nonstop! Shout out to my friend MELOSPARKLE who's tackling Week 4 this week, too! WE ARE DOING THIS!!
