weight this morning 130.6 pounds
I swam 1600 yards, mostly freestyle, and ran/walked 2 miles. Total calorie burn about 800.
I'm tired and hungry tonight, having a few extra snacks, some hot chocolate made with Xylitol, a low-carb muffin made with coconut flakes, flaxseed meal and pumpkin.
Time for bed now so I'm ready for another swim tomorrow.
