Almost Christmas!

It's next week and I can't believe this year even existed... Where did it go? It flew by so fast!!! I'm not going to let another year go by without being happy with myself 😄 I am ending this year strong and starting off the new year with big plans ahead! So I've missed the weekend and Mondays ab challenge- my plan is to make up for it by doing 2 per day for 3 days this week at least every other day. Eating 1:1:1 is going great!! To add cardio attempting to go to the gym tonight... Let's have an awesome week!!

Goals for Christmas

Start weight: 168 CW 166.8 Goal weight: 158 Goal is to lose 10 pounds for December! Eat 1:1:1 Drink 3+ 22 oz water bottle a day Currently doing 14 day ab challenge started dec 1. Cardio 3x week (gym, YouTube belly dance or hip hop dance) go to the gym at least twice a week. also if u know if a great DVD I'm all ears!! Paint nails on Wednesday and Sunday! Read for an hour a day. Write for two hours a day. Have all cleaning done by Friday! Don't want to do too much on the weekends :) Plan ahead!! Record tracking and progress on spark (this is a big challenge) Weekly progress pics/monthly Hope everyone is doing great!!

Looking back!

I just skimmed through all the old posts and noticed I haven't stuck with just one idea when it comes to the way I eat. Just about everyone is different in that and you have to find what works for you through trial and error. I know what works for me which is 1:1:1 and that's what I am going back to. I never should of stopped bc it works! Day 1 of my 14 day ab challenge complete. Ate 1:1:1 all day today!! Drank 8 cups of water :) happy December 1! It's officially the 25 days till Christmas!

The plan! 11/20/14

So this is just a general plan I have so far: Fitness goals: 1-Lose 35 pounds by my 30th birthday 2/28 CW 170 2- workout at home 3 times per week (20-30 min toning/strength) targeted-arms, legs, and abs 3- workout at the gym 2-3 times per week (30 min cardio) 4- track my fitness Nutrition goals: 1- drink 8-12 glasses of water daily 2- meal planning day before or week ahead and stick with it one-one-one style *3 meals and 2 snacks daily 3- don't skip breakfast 4-track my food and drinks Other goals: 1- read 1-2 hours daily 2- write 2-3 hours daily 3- organize my home one room at a time and de-clutter each room 5- go through every box in my garage and either sell it or get rid of it. 6- paint my nails and toes 1-2 times a week (amazing how it keeps me from snacking for at least an hour) 7- get on spark at least 3 times per week if not daily and read my friends blogs :) Hope everyone is having a good week!
